Participants in our programs must be between the ages of 3 and 13 years old, unless otherwise specified. Parents or guardians must register children for the programs and are responsible for their supervision before and after the sessions.

3. Registration and Fees

To participate in our programs, you must complete the registration process and pay any associated fees. Fees are non-refundable unless the program is canceled by Trips for Kids Denver.

4. Health and Safety

Participants must disclose any medical conditions or allergies during the registration process. Our staff is trained in first aid and CPR, and all safety protocols will be followed during activities. Parents or guardians are required to sign a liability waiver prior to participation.

5. Photography and Media Release

By participating in our programs, you grant Trips for Kids Denver the right to take photographs or videos of participants for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to have your child’s image used, please notify us in writing.

6. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to behave respectfully and follow the instructions of our staff. We reserve the right to remove any participant who exhibits disruptive behavior or fails to comply with safety guidelines.

7. Liability Waiver

Participants and their guardians must sign a liability waiver prior to participation in any program. Trips for Kids Denver is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages that may occur during participation in our programs.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Trips for Kids Denver reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of the services following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Colorado.
